User Agreement
1. System Access
This User Agreement governs your Use of our Services.
Each time you Use the Services or otherwise indicate your consent, you agree to the terms of this User Agreement.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS USER AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THE SERVICES.
We reserve the right to restrict access to parts or the entirety of the Services at our sole discretion without notice.
We are not liable for any damages stemming from the Services being unavailable.

By using the Services you agree not to misuse the Service, or spread misinformation about Raidcore.

4. Liability
You are using the services at your own risk, they are provided as is without any warranties.
Any damages or consequences stemming from your Use of the Services are at your own sole responsibility.
5. Validity
All terms set out in the User Agreement are individually valid, regardless of enforcability of individual clauses.
6. Dispute Resolution
You will try to informally resolve any dispute that arises under this User Agreement and/or the Services for at least 30 days before initiating any formal proceeding.
To begin this informal resolution process, you must notify us that you wish to resolve a dispute, and include your name, contact information, an explanation of your side of a dispute and at least one reason why we should resolve the dispute in your favour.
Based on the information provided in that notice, we may take any action and have no obligation to explain any decision.
If you are not satisfied with our initial decision, you will continue to try to resolve that dispute informally for at least another 30 days by sending an email to the contact information provided at the top of this Documentation, including “Attn: Legal Department” as well as the information required in the initial notice.
We may extend the time to resolve a dispute informally for successive 30-day periods, not to exceed a total of 90 days, by notifying you using the contact information provided in your notice.

- We use Google Analytics with enabled anonymisation to track with features are most used so that we can plan our updates better.

- Your email never gets published and is only used for password resets, supporter rewards and updates to this legal documentation.
- Your Guild Wars 2 API Keys are used to generate anonymous statistics.
- Your Guild Wars 2 API Keys are never shared publicly, with the exception of disclosing them privately to ArenaNet developers for debugging purposes.

Code of Conduct
We strive to create a safe, fun and engaging environment for all the users of our Services.
This Code of Conduct is designed to help achive that goal and applies to all users of Raidcore Services.
The User Agreement defines additional terms and requirements, which governs your use of our Services.
If we determine in our discretion that you failed to comply with our User Agreement or the Code of Conduct or other Community Standards, we may limit, suspend or terminate your access to the Services and/or take other actions that we deem appropriate.
